01Who this agreement covers
These Terms are an agreement between Tyler Perkins, operating floord in Idaho, United States (“floord,” “we,” or “us”), and the person or business accepting them (“you”). They cover the floord website, application, and related services.
By accepting these Terms, you agree to them. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company. Account holders must be at least 18 and use floord for lawful business purposes. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
02Accounts and team access
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. Each team member must use their own account. The company owner manages invitations, team access, and the subscription.
The current plan includes five active seats in total, including the owner. An invited employee joins the existing company subscription; the invitation does not create a separate subscription. Remove an active member before adding someone beyond the seat limit.
03Your license to use floord
While you comply with these Terms and have the required account access, we grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use floord for your business. This is access to a service, not a sale of the software or its intellectual property.
Do not resell access, bypass account or usage restrictions, interfere with the service, attempt to access another company’s data, upload malicious or unlawful content, or copy or reverse engineer the software except where applicable law permits. You may download and use your own job documents in your business.
04Price, renewal, and cancellation
The current plan is $249 USD per company per month and renews automatically each month until canceled. It includes five seats, with no free trial or paid extra seats. Any applicable taxes or other charges must be disclosed before you authorize payment. Your checkout shows the charge and billing terms.
The company owner authorizes recurring payment through Stripe when subscribing. Cancel anytime in Manage billing to stop future renewals. Access continues through the end of your paid subscription period. Open your floord account and select Manage billing to cancel through the billing portal. If you cannot access it, contact info@floord.pro for help before the next renewal.
Payments are non-refundable and unused time is not prorated, except for duplicate or incorrect charges and refunds required by law. Contact support for manual review.
For a confirmed failed automatic renewal after a paid subscription period, a seven-day grace period starts at the end of that paid period and ends exactly 168 hours later (UTC), or at an earlier effective cancellation. Retries do not extend it. After it expires, workspace access is suspended and company data is preserved. Initial unpaid subscriptions receive no access. Signing in, managing payment details, and requesting support remain available during a payment suspension. Recovering payment restores eligible workspace access after verification.
If pricing changes, we will notify the company owner before a renewal at the new price so the owner can cancel before it takes effect. Changing your subscription or canceling it does not automatically delete company records.
05Review your work before using it
floord helps organize human-measured quantities, prices, estimates, proposals, signatures, work orders, purchasing, and job tasks. Automated and AI-assisted results can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for checking measurements, extracted text, materials, prices, labor, taxes, schedules, and final documents before relying on or sharing them.
floord does not provide construction, engineering, accounting, tax, or legal advice and does not guarantee profitability, measurement accuracy, or that a document meets every requirement of your business. Keep your own copies of important records.
A flooring contract or customer approval is between the contractor and its customer. floord is not a party to that contract, does not perform the flooring work, and does not guarantee a customer’s identity, authority, or payment. Contractor proposal terms are separate from this software agreement.
06Your content and permissions
You retain your rights in the information and files you provide. You give floord permission to host, process, reproduce, and transmit them as necessary to provide and support the service, including generating the documents and carrying out the integrations you request.
You are responsible for having permission to upload customer, employee, supplier, and job information and to share it with your team, recipients, and connected providers. Do not upload payment-card details, government identifiers, medical information, or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for the flooring workflow.
Anyone with a valid customer proposal link may be able to view the proposal. Share these links with intended recipients and protect them like other customer documents.
07Connected services
Optional connections require an authorized Google or QuickBooks account. Google Calendar can create a job event, and Google Drive can receive work-order attachments you select. QuickBooks Online can receive an unsent invoice based on an approved proposal and, when requested, a new customer record. Review the destination, customer, amounts, taxes, and documents before sending or relying on them.
You review and send invoices in QuickBooks. floord does not promise two-way synchronization, automatic invoice sending, or synchronization of payment status. These providers have their own terms, availability, fees, and permissions. Your floord subscription does not include their subscriptions or payment-processing fees.
Disconnecting an integration stops floord’s use of that saved connection. It does not remove events, files, customers, or invoices already created in the provider’s service; manage those records in that service.
08Availability, limits, and support
We may update or maintain floord, and interruptions or third-party failures may occur. The service is provided on an “as available” basis; we do not promise uninterrupted operation or error-free outputs. File, processing, storage, and account limits may apply. The subscription does not promise unlimited usage.
For support, contact info@floord.pro with your company name and a description of the issue. Do not email passwords, payment-card details, or security codes. Support and billing requests are reviewed manually; no guaranteed response time or around-the-clock coverage is offered.
09Suspension, closure, and data
Access may be suspended for nonpayment under the rules above, misuse, a security threat, or a legal requirement. We will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve an issue when practicable, but may act immediately to protect users or the service.
Contact support to request account closure or deletion. Canceling a subscription, removing a team member, and deleting company data are separate actions. Retention and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy. Download records you need while you have access, or ask support about available copies.
10Changes, governing law, and contact
We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be brought to your attention before taking effect, with any further agreement required by applicable law. A revised date will identify the current version.
Idaho law governs these Terms, except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise. Nothing here removes rights or excludes duties or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to Tyler Perkins at info@floord.pro. Business location: Idaho, United States.
